Galvanized steel coil, immersing the thin steel plate in the molten zinc bath, and adhering a layer of zinc thin steel plate on the surface. It is mainly produced by the continuous galvanizing process, that is, the coiled steel plate is continuously immersed in the zinc-melted plating tank to make galvanized steel plate; alloyed galvanized steel plate. This kind of steel plate is also made by the hot-dip method, but it is heated to about 500 °C immediately after exiting the tank to form an alloy film of zinc and iron. This galvanized steel coil has good paint adhesion and weldability.

1.Hot-dip galvanized color coated steel sheet(prepainted galvanized steel sheet)The product obtained by coating an organic coating on a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet is a hot-dip galvanized color-coated plate. In addition to the protective effect of zinc, the hot-dip galvanized color-coated sheet also protects against rust and has a longer service life than hot-dip galvanized sheet;

2.Hot-dip aluminum-zinc color coated sheet(prepainted galvalume steel sheet)Hot-dip aluminum-zinc steel sheets can also be used as color-coated substrates (55% AI-Zn and 5% AI-Zn);

3.Electroplated zinc color coated sheet The electro-galvanized sheet is used as the substrate, and the product obtained by baking with the organic coating is an electrogalvanized color-coated plate. Galvanized Steel Coil

Spangle is formed during the hot-dip galvanizing process. The size, brightness, and surface of spangles mainly depend on the composition of zinc layer and the cooling method. According to the size, it includes small spangles, regular spangles, big spangles, and free spangles. They look different, but the spangles almost will not influence the quality of galvanized steel.
